Julio Hernández Dancausa
Worked as State Tax Inspector since 1982 until 1988, when he developed different roles in the Ministry of Finance, filling, among others, the position of Chief Inspector of the Finance Delegation in Oviedo.
In 1989, after requesting a leave on personal grounds, he founded in Valladolid his own professional firm, where he has developed his career until today. Since September 2016 he combines his professional activity in Valladolid with managing the family firm in Madrid.
He is specialized in tax consulting to natural persons, has wide experience in counselling and tax planning for big companies, reorganization of business groups and, particularly, in family companies.
Likewise, he has extensive knowledge in tax procedure, economic-administrative claims and contentious-administrative appeals, intervening in events such as experts in tax crimes procedures.
Throughout his career, he had a broad relationship with teaching about tax matters, teaching for many years about tax law in the Legal Practice School of the University of Valladolid.

He started his career in the multinational KMPG and the family firm Hernández, Sanchez & Asociados, joining our Firm at its incorporation.
Specialized in tax consulting both to individuals and companies, he has broad experience in counselling and tax planning of big companies, in reorganizing business groups, as well as taxation of consolidated groups both at national and international level, advising their employees and managers.
Throughout his career, he has been part of business restructuration projects and business planning operations for both individual companies and business groups.

After working at the multinational KPMG, where she developed her career during the last seven years, Henar joins the Firm at its incorporation. She is specialized in tax consulting to both natural persons and family companies, and has wide experience in planning and tax consulting with international elements and international movement of workers and managers.
During these years, she has participated in internationalization projects and re-organization of business groups, as well as equity tax planning of natural persons and family business groups.
She has broad experience in counselling about succession in family companies and large equities.
She is specialized in tax consulting regarding tax procedures.
She is a current member of the Economists Association of Madrid.

Alfonso Montero Sanz
Alfonso has been a tax advisor since 2010, when he started working in the tax department of a Spanish law firm where he specialised in tax proceedings and corporate tax advice.
He has been part of the tax department of one of the main construction and public works company listed on the IBEX 35. He has also been responsible for the same area in one of the largest residential SOCIMIS in Spain.
